There are five steps to integrating Smarketing into your business, and one of the most important is to adopt closed-loop reporting. Closed-loop reporting measures and tracks both sales and marketing metrics and then shares them among the entire Smarketing team. That way everyone is on the same page about where leads fall within the sales funnel and how to close the sale.
